All sales of event tickets are final. If the event is postponted or rescheduled, tickets can be redeemed for a future event but refunds will not be given.   Otherwise, tickets cannot be refunded or transferred to other events. Tickets that were included or discounted with an Insider subscription may NOT be transferred to another person. If you purchased your ticket as a stand alone ticket,  substitutions (e.g. having one person go in the place of another) are accepted so long as they are for another person from the same company.
