The 100-year-old family-owned and operated coffee estate manages its production process from seed to sip

Señor John is the only company with ready-to-drink, specialty cold brew lattes made from beans that are planted, hand-picked, roasted, brewed, and packaged all on a 100-year-old farm in Nicaragua.

Señor John self-sources its beans from the family’s coffee plantations that sit 3,000 to 5,000 feet above sea level high in the northern Nicaraguan mountains. The estate has been in the Castellón family for three generations.

Before being packaged, each beverage undergoes Señor John’s “Farmer Brewed” 14-hour cold brew sustainable process keeping the flavor and freshness bottled at the source.
